EXHIBITION ❯ UELab at “Transgressive: Non-Conformist Approaches to the Arts and the City”

The Urban Ethnography Lab was thrilled to be part of the group exhibition “Transgressive: Non-Conformist Approaches to the Arts and the City”, curated by Lukas Feireiss in September 2022, where we showcased our workshops from Berlin, Toronto, and Basel. Over the course of two weeks TRANSGRESSIVE dedicated itself to diverse artistic positions of Berlin-based artists and cultural producers whose working methods are characterized by a self-determined and unauthorized approach to art and city.

The UELab workshops, presented as part of the exhibition, underscored our commitment to exploring non-conformist methodologies in understanding and reshaping urban spaces through MULTIMODAL FIELDWORK & COLLABORATIVE RESEARCH.
